Custom Orders: Custom and personalised products are made to order and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review your customisation details carefully before placing your order.

Digital Products: Digital products (such as digital journals) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once downloaded.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other approved payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if pricing errors occur.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Australia only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
